Electronic Monitoring for County Pre-Trail Release Programs
Our office has saved taxpaying citizens 100's of thousands of dollars in inmate housing fees. Our office provides state, county and cities with an option to monitor low-risk inmates, while allowing them to be out of custody, working, and paying for it themselves.
Did you know the US average cost to house an inmate is $45.00 per day?
Thats $16,425 dollars per year to house one inmate.
For less than the cost of a meal, we provide the offender with equipment that allows them out of custody, the ability to work, and to accept responsibility.
Industry standard GPS:
- Real-time GPS tracking
- Not dependent to cell phone towers for triangulation

- Able to send the bracelet an electronic message
- At home Beacon System
- Alarm page to the monitoring agent when the bracelet is cut off
- Ability to set us Exclusion zones that alert the offender when they are in an area that they are forbidden.
Our real-time GPS bracelets meet all of these standards and more, as well as our 24 hour staff and monitoring stations. Holding this standard we have staffed agents to cover 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Alcohol Monitoring:
On alcohol offenders we use alcohol bracelets that monitor the offenders alcohol levels 24 hours a day. This information is transmitted to our office and alerts are sent out if the offender consumes any alcoholic beverages. Agents are go through a training program that allows them to read the data that the bracelets collect.
A study was done with our office between the TAD device and SCRAM. Our
office found that TAD was a better choice due to several issues.
A tamper resistant system is in place to alert agents if the offender attempts to remove the bracelet, block or alter their readings. Lower cost, and the ability to be submerged in water.
This system allows the court to release a offender that is prone to abusing alcohol from jail, and monitor that they follow court orders.
Our agents:
Agents are uniformed and prior law enforcement officers that come to your jail or courtroom, install the bracelets with tamper resistant pins and provide you with a password to monitor the inmate if requested.
Agents setup areas that the inmate is court ordered to avoid and explain to the inmate where those areas are by showing them on computer. Our agents monitor 24 hours a day with an instant alert paging system.
This is all done without any cost to your department.
