GPS:  Our service uses gps for many different purposes.   In today's market you have to stay competitive and time is money.   Our process servers are highly trained in the use of this equipment.  With the rough terrain in the Missouri Ozark Mountain areas gps is a must on finding addresses.  In the rural Branson / Springfield areas it is often difficult to find addresses without gps.

Our cars are equipped with MDT's (mobile Data Terminals) that have GPS Trackers built in.  

This gives SMOJS several advantages

• We can see where our fleet is at all times
• We can use the data to know the exact time someone was served.
• We can track attempts
• The computer routes the next closest paper to be served
• If a bad address, we can do instant research for a new address, putting the new address on the route.

All SMOJS Agents are equipped with a smart phone that allows them to document the service if requested with a "geo tag" picture that confirms the date and time.
